Mark Ronan

In his 18 years as a management consultant, Mark has worked throughout Europe as well as in the US and Asia. He has led or played a significant role in more than 50 major projects, making him more than familiar with the strategies, processes and technologies used in a wide range of industries.

Mark’s focus areas are: marketing and brand strategy, business strategy, organization design and change, and performance management.

Prior to starting Quadric, Mark was a senior consultant at Kunde & Co. (2002 – 2004) working with international companies to define their marketing and branding strategies, and then assisting in implementing them both internally and externally. His involvement with clients, which was typically at senior management level, usually began at the pre-sale stage of the consulting lifecycle and continued through implementation.

Following graduation from both Trinity College and University College Dublin, he joined Price Waterhouse (PW). After five years as a senior consultant in PW’s strategic consulting department in Dublin he transferred to PW (later PwC) in Copenhagen. Here he was a core member of a Global Industry Team (GIT). In addition to selling and delivering a large number of diverse and challenging client projects throughout the world, he was instrumental in planning and implementing marketing activities aimed at developing PwC’s business. Mark was responsible for planning and coordinating GIT marketing activities throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Mark moved to Icon Medialab (2000 – 2002) as an Engagement Director, responsible for a team of 35 people focused on selling and implementing end-to-end e-business strategy and solutions.
