Output

In the Quadric strategy process, we identify the cultural traits that reinforce the chosen position. However, if you already know your target position the first deliverable is a culture assessment. Then, together with your HR management and internal communications teams, we develop programs that raise understanding of your desired traits and bring them to life. These programs can include new approaches to assessment, awards, leadership development and recruitment based on the positioning strategy.
